What we do
We research and explain Lifeline, the history of the Affordable Connectivity Program, qualifying benefit programs, participating carriers, and realistic device options — then point you to the official application channel for whichever carrier or program fits your situation.
We built interactive tools — an eligibility checker, a ZIP availability lookup, and a document checklist generator — that run entirely in your browser, so you can plan before you apply without handing over sensitive information to a site that isn't actually processing your application.
What we don't do
- We don't collect Social Security numbers, benefit award letters, or ID scans.
- We don't "forward" applications to unnamed third parties.
- We don't advertise free iPhones, because that offer doesn't exist.
